On Tuesday, the Stockholm based tech-optimist think-tank Warp Institute organised the event “Future optimist of the year” stressing on fact-based and optimist storytelling. This year, the award went to Dr Mouna Esmaeilzadeh , who is famous for her presentations and expertise regarding brain and neuroscience. Dr Esmaeilzadeh also spoke a lot about trans-humanist aspects such as life extension, “immortality” and using technology for changes of organs and body parts to improve human progress.
